With a lifetime of faithful service in the local church, Evangelist Rowell has ministered in a variety of roles and was ordained into ministry over twenty years ago under the leadership of her late grandfather, Bishop Woodrow Sims. Since then, she has walked boldly in her divine mandate to preach, teach, and pray. Her ministry has reached churches, conferences, leadership gatherings, and communities nationwide—bringing hope to the hurting, healing to the broken, and practical, biblical strategies for living a victorious life in Christ.

She currently serves under the leadership of Pastor Terrell Edwards and Lady Tiffany Edwards at Grace City Church Chicago, where she continues to model a life of humility, excellence, and total surrender to God’s will.
