Evangelist Stephanie Rowell is a dynamic and sought-after preacher, teacher, mentor, and revivalist whose heart burns with a passion to see lives radically transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. A proud native of Chicago, Illinois, she carries the spiritual legacy of her mother, Pastor Dorothy Milton, and ministers with a powerful blend of prophetic insight, practical wisdom, and uncompromising biblical truth that challenges individuals to rise into their God-given identity.
Above every platform and ministry opportunity, Evangelist Rowell treasures her greatest earthly assignment—her family. She is the devoted wife of her high school sweetheart, Earnest Rowell, and the proud mother of three amazing children: Kia, Terrell, and Trenton.
With a lifetime of faithful service in the local church, Evangelist Rowell has ministered in a variety of roles and was ordained into ministry over twenty years ago under the leadership of her late grandfather, Bishop Woodrow Sims. Since then, she has walked boldly in her divine mandate to preach, teach, and pray. Her ministry has reached churches, conferences, leadership gatherings, and communities nationwide—bringing hope to the hurting, healing to the broken, and practical, biblical strategies for living a victorious life in Christ.
She currently serves under the leadership of Pastor Terrell Edwards and Lady Tiffany Edwards at Grace City Church Chicago, where she continues to model a life of humility, excellence, and total surrender to God’s will.
Renowned for her ability to connect deep spiritual truths with real-life application, Evangelist Rowell has become a trusted voice for those navigating seasons of transition, healing, and purpose. Her messages are both prophetic and practical—calling believers out of survival mode and into true transformation, while equipping them to fully embrace the life God has designed for them.
She firmly believes that every life needs a sentence—a defining declaration that reflects Heaven’s assignment. Her life sentence is: “Helping people adapt to their purpose.” This powerful conviction birthed the growing I’m Taking My Pretty Back movement, where women are empowered to rise beyond their past and reclaim their identity. Through biblical teaching, intentional mentorship, and authentic community, women are experiencing healing, rediscovering their worth, and stepping boldly into who God has called them to be.
Whether she is preaching from the pulpit, leading conferences, mentoring leaders, or pouring into women across the globe, Evangelist Stephanie Rowell remains unwavering in her mission: to point people to Jesus and equip them to walk confidently in purpose, freedom, and victory.
